Hi Michael...........Im not very precious about the work I do sometimes, a lot of times just leave it to whatever fate has in store for it, maybe too conceptual for my own good.......should take more pride in the Art I do, Im always getting told off by Annie my wife for not presenting it in its best light, ie leave it lying around not framing or mounting etc. Maybe thats why I like internet Art, I once heard that once you post something online it will exist for as long as the servers its stored on last ?
I'm finding, especially recently, that photographs (whether just family portraits or more experimental stuff) become more interesting the older they are. The trouble with the digital world might be that formats are always evolving and changing at a faster pace than it used to be in the analog world and times.
Sometimes, diving into memories of the past can be a good thing?
Thats a great analogy Derelict...................I had plans for this world at one time, maybe Ill ressurrect it...Maybe Im already living in it . Just noticed thats me in the corner
for me, it brings to mind the Robin Williams movie "What Dreams May Come" where he arrives in heaven, which is a brightly painted landscape.... but the paint is not dry yet!
Hi Peter havnt heard of that Movie, will have to seek it out....sounds like Heaven though Landscapes with wet paint..................you could alter it to suit yourself, Wow you could even visit Van Gogh, Miro Kandinsky, anyone..... and experience their worlds........I think Id like to rent a place from Gaudi to live in.....
Sometimes what was conceived in the virtual, needs to be realised in the virtual. Bringing it to reality may cause it to break. If you like to rent a place more or less designed by Gaudi, there is something like that in Barcelona, not for sale or rent but you can rent it from somebody on vacation.
