Yes, I heard once that when some foreign specialists came to Iceland to teach the Icelandic pilots about the Fokker F-50, they were flown here and after the landing they said that they could not teach the Icelandic pilots anything :o)

Takk Begga. Ég held að völlurinn hafi nú lengi verið á öllum hugsanlegum undanþágum sem til eru, há fjöll við báða enda, sjór öðru megin og vatn hinu megin. Að vísu er búið að breikka öryggissvæðið eitthvað í dag, en fjöllin hafa ekkert lækkað :D

It was getting dark and the picture had some strange violet color all over so I had to try to do something to save it... and thanks again ;o)
