Well, the workstation itself is rather noisy and full of people (open space thingy), so this is where I flee to get some peace and quiet ;o)

Já örugglega... maður hélt að það yrði of mikið gjálfur í vatninu, en vatnsniðurinn er bara mjög hljóður og þægilegur. Það er virkilega róandi að flýja opna vinnusvæðið, setjast niður og horfa á fossinn... maður getur alveg gleymt sér við það :o)

Oh yes, an artificial waterfall can never match the real thing! But it is nice to be able to flee the workstation during the day and watch the flow and hear the subtle sound of the water... :o) Thank you Charon :o)

I bought a 14-24 to use in Iceland this time and it is wonderful, I am really happy with it.
Is this the house next to Höfði? I took some shots there while I was in Iceland :)
I like this interior (and well shot by the way) and I don't think I agree that there should be plants, but a vase with flowers where the receptionist is sitting, that would give the right amount of colour and life (imho).

Já þetta er húsið við hliðina á Höfða :o) Tókstu myndir af því? Væri gaman að sjá þær einhverntíman... Ég tók líka mynd þarna inni í kringum jólin þegar búið var að skreyta www.ipernity.com/doc/pixie/1133805 :o)
Og varðandi blómin þá eru einmitt oft einhver litrík blóm í móttökunni og jafnvel í potti fyrir framan fossinn, setur skemmtilegan svip :o)

It is actually great to work there, the only problem is the extremely open workspace, no privacy ;o)
I'm a multimedia integrator, I work on the website of the company, graphics and text and more :o)

Well, yes, Iceland is a great place to live and work, but it is also very expensive... and sometimes I would prefer the laid back life you described in Australia with no worries, warm weather, t-shirt and shorts and barbie on the beach ;o)
