恩~怎么说~陕西各地的凉皮不一样，这是汉中的，汉中人叫面皮，我们西安的叫凉皮，汉中人用米做的却叫面皮，说是最真宗但我还是喜欢西安的味道！另外宝鸡擀面皮也是面做的凉皮里最正宗的，超级好吃！！
