Why can't I send this update to Twitter?

"Tips til hvor i Oslo jeg finner billige SanDisk Ultra II eller Extreme III CF-kort på 4 GB kan godt sendes in my general direction! Takk"

It is the word "tips" at the beginning of the message that is ticking Twitter off. But why I have no idea.
