Young boy with a VERY strong....

... personality :o)

He absolutely makes us laugh all the time.

To explain this picture a little... He had been asking for an axe for a LONG time. When we finally gave in and decided to buy him one (he almost never asks for things) - his father took him to a store and showed him small ones BUT his mind was made up - he wanted a real one, no matter what....

But not to worry.... He never gets to play with it on his own AND we do make sure he doesn´t get close to living trees with it LOL :o)

Little boys are incredible creatures. Mine has kept me gong for 21 years. I hope he grows up eventually. (Mine also had a hatchet and was very good at cutting kindling.)

Great photo. You'll have to take him camping so he can chop some kindling for the fire.

Reminds me instantly on "Careful with that axe, Eugene" from the Ummagumma album by Pink Floyd ;-)
I like that you make sure he don't hurt living trees :)

Lovely picture. I like the innocent expression on his face and the tender, but sure way he's holding the axe.

If he doesn't get close to living trees, he must be doing autopsys !! ;-) Sorry, mom and bro are pathologists :-)

Beautiful picture (a bit more space on the top, perhaps ?). With the cap and the boots he looks quite the lumberjack.

LOL - I have actually been told that he is going to be a doctor ;o) Time will tell - I agree about the space - I was running around with my camera and am afraid that this shot just came out like this BUT I like his expression so - here it is :o)

I agree with Juan Carlos, a tiny bit more space at the top. He is such a sweet person, seeing him with an axe is a paradox if ever I saw one. Say hello to him and tell him (and the others) that I look forward to seeing him/+ + + + again, here or here or just anywhere.

We Dutch have a proverb that goes like this: 'give a kid a hammer and everything turns into a nail'. I have a feeling he will add a new proverb to the Icelandic dictionary :-)
