Can anybody actually WALK in these shoes?? I'm so glad I'm not a woman, so I don't have to wear these. LOL.

I think they don't walk in these, they are carried away!
and if you're not a woman what are you then? a crocodile?

A woman who can walk, but I guess that's not considered a woman by most men!!! ;-P

I'm telling you, men completely misread me, that's a dilemma in my life!

Stilettopro replies:
The shoes I can walk in, run even - but the being carried away eludes me too...
At least you have the flying suitcase! :-D
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
why? didn't you ever got the feeling of being carried on them??? even taken on the arms of somebody??? (you wouldn't be soooo heavy if you wear them!)
Which suitcase??? did I write something I forget?
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Stilettopro replies:
I don't know, I'm not the kind of female who inspires men to pick them me up, let alone carry me anywhere...
I enjoy various feelings wearing heels but not that of being carried.
I had a very well built boyfriend in my teens, his arms could do the job... *grins* Apart from that I've had to carry myself...
Gabii's suitcase, not yours - though I'm sure there's many a thing you've written and forgotten...
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
why don't you inspire them to do this?

peri22bpro replies:
not you, Gäbii... she complains all the time about men. You didn't yet..!
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Stilettopro replies:
Oooh.... I see. Sorry!
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
I do not! This is so uncool, Peri! You are the one who complains about women, and all I did is tell you that not all women are like you describe them. So don't turn it around, this is called projection, a severe psychological condition. I like men! I never said otherwise!!!
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
you like men??? now! that's big news :-DDDDD
the point is if they like you at the same time and space!
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
Hahaha. Well, most of them actually do...as a friend! For a relationship they usually like me less because a lot of men think in clichés when it comes to women, and since I don't match any clichés, they get very scared and run away instead of using their common sense (well, I guess they don't have any, hormones forbid)!! I'm referring to men in relationships, as far as friendship goes, men are perfectly wonderful human beings and not all that different from women and them and I communicate really well together - that's because friendship allows them to look beyond the gender and see the human being!!! :-)))

peri22bpro replies:
again this Ms.G. she said that even if she lays on the street with a broken leg nobody is going to lift her... but again, feel free to respond if you know how to bring a fellow citizen further :-)
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Stilettopro replies:
Oh, well I would at least expect someone to call for an ambulance if not lift one under those circs. The fact however remains under others.
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
maybe she dislikes ambulances and it's not the fault of the passers by...
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Stilettopro replies:
Isn't there a law against that??
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
There is a law against that! So listen, dear Mr. Peri, you'd better carry me away if you find me on the street with a broken leg, or else you'll find yourself in jail! ;-PPP
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Stilettopro replies:
I know they exist in the UK and Germany... in Spain also I presume? I don't quite know what laws govern the space Mr. Peri inhabits...
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
here I'm not aware of any laws in general. One thing I know and it must be internationally so, avoid any contact...
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Stilettopro replies:
Are you aware of any laws at all???
I think it's mean of you now to even call an ambulance for the poor woman :-(
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
I can't tell, what is sure is that laws know me! (which in some cases can be a compliment!)
An ambulance is no guaranty of well being!

peri22bpro replies:
you see!? my earlier conclusion to avoid women was right!
maybe you have heard the (Greek again) proverb, 'he who mingles with corn is eaten up by chicken'. This of course comes from a time that these birds were fed with natural stuff...
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
You are the chicken. Afraid of being eaten by yourself!!!
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
another telepathic moment!
around the time you posted this message I was telling my kids that it gets time to be eaten by chicken, because humans always eat *them* and it's not "fair" :-DDD
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
But that's not possible because chickens are vegetarians ;-) And anyway, what's so unfair about eating chickens? After all we only eat them after they have died!! :-)))

Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
Bravo Stiletto! Women are so practical...something men yet have to learn. LOL. Of course Mr. Peri would now misinterpret that as me having said I disliked men, I don't dislike men at all. But I like men who like me because why the heck should I like one who doesn't??!
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Stilettopro replies:
Back at you Gäbi - why the heck indeed! A most logical assertion I quite agree with!
The same tends to apply for females too ;-)

emotional parasitism is the most terrible thing on earth. I don't know about other planets!
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
you should like one that doesn't like you out of pure appreciation of natures wonders!
I never doubted that women are practical! they can in no time try to confuse men without a reason and alas, many men are sensitive to this too! No man in good spiritual health would ever consider doing something like this (for example)! :-PPP
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
- I admit that it has happened to me. And should it ever happen again, I'm trying to find one who likes me, so he will correct the error message on my hard disk (well, actually with his hard disk). LOL. Because, unlike you, I don't want to waste my time with a broken heart, life is too short for that (especially with a broken heart)!!!
- The rest of your comment is very confusing!!! ;-PPPPPPPPP
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
well, there's a simple solution! if you believe in reincarnation in/as a moralistic way, you can enjoy the maximum of trouble in this life in order to enjoy the ultimate bliss next time :-)))
"Confusion will be my epitaph" :-DDD
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
I don't believe in any morals, other than my own. My question is "what is this life all about", so I try to figure it out in the best possible, hedonistic way :-DDD
I don't actively search for trouble because I don't get a kick out of it, but if it happens unintentionally, I try to find my way out of it as best as I can, and if the way out is not perfect I accept it as part of life and my limitations as a human being!!! Life is a discovery for me and I like discoveries :-)
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
discovering seems like too much ado for my taste... energy low? maybe ;-)
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
Oh, it's just normal to go through low energy phases. I do, too. Everybody does (even those who won't admit it) ;-)
I don't make discovery an effort, it just happens along the way (of life) and therefore is fun. Learning by doing (or by happening) :-)

Stilettopro replies:
Who is that comment for then?
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
Mr. Peri doesn't know. He's lost track a long time ago. LOL. (Again this is not a statement indicating that I hate men, I really think there are some wonderful men out there. But why do some of them try so hard to make themselves so unwonderful)?
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
well, to your last question... why don't you ask them then???

peri22bpro replies:
hahaha, but I'm not a man at all! I just use this form for communication purposes!
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
But what do you think makes a man a man??! 25 erections per day??!
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
well, let me think...
wearing trousers, liking football, ready to fight, drink beer, driving the biggest car you can (not) afford... hmmm, when I'll find more I'll let you know
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Sherry ~ Rebujito replies:
I guess he's saying he's an alien...or a demon they use human forms for communication too...or the undead maybe he's a medium for a whole host of people...
nah! Just peri he's man alright just LISTEN to him OY VEY!!! ;-PPPPP

none of all the above, just someone that exploits the 'temporality' of life
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
Ah, Sherry! You understand me...women understand me :-))) And if Peri is not a man, he should, theoretically, understand me, too but apparently he doesn't (want to). Maybe he's some sort of hybrid!!

I am a reincarnated duck... that's my secret :-(((
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
Well, I just did! (Sherry figured it out before you...that I just asked you. Wake up and smell the coffee)!! Why are you not a man?? You had a sex change? You know that these operations cost a lot of money and they are a waste of...men!! ;-PPP
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
no, no sexchange. I'm totally asexual, like a rock.
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
Maybe a rock is more sexual than you?? ;-P Well, of course you are totally asexual - because you're not a robot!! (If the meaning of this statement isn't immediately revealed to you, think about it and you'll understand it. But I'll gladly explain the details to you, if you so wish) ;-))
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
I'll do my best to decipher it this evening and if it doesn't work you may come with the explanation
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
The explanation is very easy. Congratulations for being human! :-) So let me know if you still need my explanation ;-)
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
you can proceed to the explanation because my evening activities kept me physically, emotionally and spiritually too busy...

Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
It must be! ;-) You haven't noticed yet that I cut my hair myself?! LOL. I also cut other people's hair, and since I never trained as a hairdresser, they only come to me if they want something creative :-DDD

Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
I don't know who this comment is for, so I'll answer it. Thank you - I like to laugh, and I like men with a sense of humor :-DDD
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
I don't like men with a sense of humor. It makes me feel impotent!
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink / translate )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
Why? Because you want to be the only one with a sense of humor?? LOL. But everybody's sense of humor is unique, so you would still be unique, despite of other men with a sense of humor. Does this make sense?

I will contribute to your presence on explore by commenting:
Me no like cheese paintings!
Any other material available?
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
hahahaha,
well my friend, I didn't decide which algorithm they use on IPty (but I heard they are busy finding a new one). My thoughts about the explore and its function I have expressed recently in the blog of Annjin (which I can't find any more!!!!).
The present algorithm just counts views and comments, which is in itself not so crazy, because it represents 'activity', but on the other side it says nothing about the quality of the pictures (which in my cheese-case is not anything of value according to my taste...). Of course 'de gustibus non est disputandum' but I understand your feelings when I see your photos. I'm sorry for that, yours should be more often on the explore than mine, but don't forget that IPty is not only a photo community (maybe, this is why the algorith just counts numbers at the moment).
My proposition was (because I was also surprised to hear from others that 'I'm on explore' as if I even cared) to change the explore page in 3 (or so) different columns or areas where a visitor could also get some more 'quality' than just shots that are meant to be a game (like my cheese stuff). But who's going to decide what is of high quality or not? and how much work or voting (of how many members? and then only paying ones? etc) would it cost? So my proposition was (except the areas, based on whatever we can think of) to let each member propose 1,2,3 photos (s)he considers representative of their work and let the server choose only from these. Then would everybody be equally present on the 'catwalk'. This seems to me the most fair solution.
But as you can see I'm not even a paying member here and the IPty staff is finally going to decide which solution they'll implement. Until that day I'm afraid we all shall have to eat... cheese ;-) (or the ladies have to keep silent...)
But anyhow there are more of my wonderful photos ;-) on explore, as is the case with Marco, Lunaryuna, Carmen, Roberto and many others (who are master photographers). Why don't you try to create some traffic on yours??? I really think they deserve better than mine...
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
I think it's all a matter of taste, so I don't understand what the big deal is about. And BTW, I'm not so impressed by some of the photographers you mentioned (not because of their photographic ability and quality, but for other reasons). To me a photo is good when "it speaks to me", even if it looks like nonsense or low quality to someone else. Amen.
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
yes, that's where the 'de gustibus...' refers to and I understand that there are people here who love their visual creations and would welcome some more appreciation. On the other side I also see it more as a social community for "creatives"...
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
Gäbii (öffline if not önline) replies:
LOL. I hope this wasn't a subtle hint for me, but I'm happy with the "external" appreciation I get :-) And since I appreciate my own creations very much (at least always during the moment I create them!!!), I'm quite satisfied ;-) And giving credit to other people's photos has the added benefit of creative socializing ;-))
Too bad (for them) if there are people who are only after photo credits - they miss most of the fun.
Posted 2 years ago. ( permalink )
peri22bpro replies:
well, getting credit is always good (except in my case, do you remember??)
And you appreciate your own things (me too) but we have to start somewhere before socializing! You give something (photos) and you get something (what you get I didn't figure out yet) :-PPPP So you give and then you have enough 'social value' so you can be somebody and socialize. Yes?
Give me the money now!

fan_berlin replies:
peri22b, my friend, let me start with a big smile. Thanks for your long
reply and good words about my pics. You got the gist, I was a little
provocative. Admitted. Actually I did not mean you personally but the
(what you call) algorithm: loots of hits, loots of comments, the pic
made it to explore.
Most of us come from flickr. I hated the struggle for awards, been
given Oscars and alike, aiming at a position with explore or
interstingness. The most trivial photo made it in the end, or even
better - big boobs and butts. Besides lashing at the censorship issue I
enjoy my presence here at iPty as we are a community not a warzone.
Alas: You got me. Most of the time I am too serious, cannot take things
lightly. Gääbbii said it: To post your pics here is a game. But
sometimes I think I have a mission, want to let people know what is
troubling us here in Germany or Berlin. I am more on the serious side.
This is why I poked on your cheese pics. It is only now that I got you.
"Don't take it too seriously."
If English would be my mother tongue I could go ebven in detail. But I want to leave it here.
Your long reply made me think. Thanks! One day I will post a pic with
no message, just for fun. Even my Botero Volksfest (funfair) pic at the Lustgarten
is lacking fun. Learning from the community, promised.
