BTW, do you always eat Gouda and nothing but Gouda, or do you just use that type of cheese for your cheese art because it (Gouda) has the optimum consistency?

You may remember that my previous incarnation did a cheesy Titanic - and I was amazed that it actually took me much longer than I thought it would.
You mean provided that... ;-))) That makes sense, but isn't it also possible that it can be faster when one doesn't know what one is doing? ;-) And now lemme think...I don't exactly remember how long it took me, it was several months ago...I guess about 15 - 20 minutes (well, women are slower, so...) :-DDD
