I'm still working out how to link to my blog, I think for the moment we just have to grab the code, not sure how long it'll take for them to implement a plug-in thing, but it's been requested very frequently...

As for the linking, you mean your blog to here or here to your blog. When adding pics to my blog I've always just grabbed the code, is there some other way?
