Raija Kurttila Trio v2 

Raija Kurttila, Christina Gustafsson and Cecilia Gustafsson are the Raija Kirttila Trio. They play a variety of music, some - such as this - composed by Raija herself. I took the photos and film clips used in this video during one of their earlier performances at the Swedish VSA Gallery in Gothenburg on 16th April, but had to film some extra clips (outside the gallery) a month later - by which time the trees had become much nore leafy. This is hidden by using a sepia tone in those sequences. I also recorded the sound with a seperate recorder. Getting the sound and picture to match was a challenge. I made the video in MSMoviemaker - a programme which frequently stops responding when it gets overloaded - three minutes is overload. This film is 4 minutes long. I ended up making the video one edit and a save at a time. It took ages.
