Impressions from Syria

pictures I took in my last visit to Syria, mainly in Damascus. These are my impressions about places and things that most impressed me. These are most frequently linked to authentic and traditional aspects of the city, the country, the food, etc. My favourite place is the old city of Damascus, this is why you would find most pictures form there. This, however, does not mean that there isn't a modern city with streets and cars, etc. These interest me less! Join in me in my impressions. I hope you would be impressed too!
