Der Ausblick ist hier auch nicht schlecht (heute Abend war sogar wieder ein zarter Regenbogen zu sehen), aber am Meisten vermisse ich die frische Luft. Hier haben wir erst mal wieder alle Fenster und Tueren zu, weil es sogar nachts zu feucht und stickig ist ...

2 Wochen spaeter sehe ich die nicht mehr, aber hier ist eins von vor 2 Jahren. Gleiche Stelle am 7. November 2005:

Im Moment atmen wir wieder Treibhausluft und sehen auf wedelnde Palmen ;-)

I haven't been back since monday, I wonder how the colors look now? I think we will get a few days soon where they all blaze brightly, and then fall off all at once, but every year I seem to miss it! :)

Luckily, the leaves turn at different times in different places ;-)

2 years ago, we were there in mid-November, and it seemed to be the peak season. This year, the day on the other Foothills Parkway seemed to be the peak - you just never know ...

Stimmt, in normalen Jahren ist es im Winter (ab Dezember) hier ruhig. Aber dieses Jahr ist alles andere als normal. Na ja, wird schon schief gehen ...
