Na Dir als Quadrilliardär mag ich's eigentlich nicht verraten...
...aber vielleicht denkst ja an mich wenn Du einziehst. Da ist ein nettes Bedienstetenhaus dabei.

Also ... die Dittmarstraße hoch und dann in die Alexanderstrasse rein (zweite links ... glaub ich). Und dann kommt das auf der rechten Seite.
Ist im schönsten Wohngebiet Heilbronns. Stadtnah und grün...
