Regiswindis ist eine Ortsheilige in Lauffen am Neckar. Der Sage nach soll die Grafentochter dort im 9. Jahrhundert ermordet worden sein. Seit dem 13. Jahrhundert gilt sie als Heilige. Außer in Lauffen sind ihr auch an weiteren Orten Kirchen geweiht.

Öööh ... 'tschuldigung. Die Kirche heisst auch so.

ich dachte mir schon so was, hatte den namen aber noch nie gehört. :-)
danke auch für den link. ich mag diese blutrünstigen geschichten, auch wenn bis auf einen kleinen kern wohl nicht viel dran ist. hört sich aber gut an. :-)))
