LOL it is an apple. It is the apple from the garden of Eden!!!! But it could also be what you think it is :)

Well it is edited of course. It is an apple merged with a female torso. So you were right it is a breast but it is also an apple. The combination makes allusion to Eve, Adam, the Apple and the "Original Sin".

Getting intensively inspired by Dalí & co lately? Beautiful original piece of art. Do you have real files of your beautiful works you can sometime make an exhibition with? Seeing these things in big should surely be a delight..

All of this is a myth anyway !!! But the traditional thinking is it is bad and the woman is the evil temptress. Adam was framed so goes the story but it is men who wrote this story what do you expect them to say?

Thanks Klix for your encouragement and very kind words. Yes I have always been a huge fan of Dali and the surrealists in general--I hope this shows :) These recent works all started as photographs which were sandwiched together and then very carefully blended and masked to produce the final desired result. Yes I do have the files which could be printed very large--for example this one is about 31 X 30 cm at 300ppi which could be printed as large as 1x1 meter at 100ppi.
I am working on self-publishing a book (portfolio) now and would very much love to have an exhibit sometime (if you know of some gallery which would be interested I would be very happy to contact them).
Again I truly appreciate the enthusiasm and the encouragement. I was starting to have doubts as to how others would receive these latest pieces since they certainly push the boundaries of photography.
