Es gibt doch so viele Menschen, die man mal glücklich machen könnte. Oder einfach in den Gefrierschrank.
Wie das mit veränderten Mengen funktioniert, keine Ahnung, da passt ja dann die Backzeit nicht mehr.

Doch, die Backzeit ist auch bei einer kleineren Menge fast gleich. Ich halbiere die Fuellung manchmal, oder ich backe 2 kleine Torten auf einmal, und friere dann eine davon ein:

Ja, das ist wirklich gut zu wissen. Ich glaube, die backzeit ändert sich auch nur extrem, wenn es ein sehr kleiner kuchen ist, sagen wir mal so 2 cm durchmesser.

Ohne Boden wäre er mit wahrscheinlich zerfallen, und der Boden ist bobbyleicht zu machen. Das ist fast so eine Masse wie Streusel, ruckzuck in die Form reingequetscht, und schmeckt nach dem Backen viel besser als sonst ein Boden.
