Das Osterreiten hat eine lange Tradition bei den Sorben. Die Pferde werden für diesen Festumzug frisiert und mit Blumen geschmückt.

Wir waren gestern ja auch im Sorbischen... da hat sich auch die Gefährlichkeit des Osterreitens gezeigt. Der ungeübte Umgang der Reiter mit ihren geliehenen Pferden resultiert in mancher brenzliger Situation!
