Manual focussing with backlight poses an extra challenge - at least for the non-acquainted. It came out reasonably sharp I think.

I rediscovered the strength of b&w-pictures. This is an other picture of a statue in the centre of the district of Ottensen, Hamburg.

To tell you the truth, I cannot tell what this statue is really called even though I pass it almost everyday. We just call it the "Iron Ladies".

Bokeh test with Hanimar 50 mm f/1.4 f=1.8. My AF-confirm adapter has arrived so focussing is not (should not be) an issue anymore.
