丸 or 円 (both can read as maru/malu/mal)

He's still getting used to the sand, but he likes to dig in it. I don't know if he'll ever really roll around in it like dwarf hamsters do, but that's ok. : )

Maru! Right! I forgot! Man, it's been way too long since I've had any real renshu for my Nihongo...
