Uh, I find it to be very hard at times to do alone one picture a day with ever changing subject. What a challenge must it be to do a daily vid (except it does become the daily cigarette ;-). All the best for your project! I am looking forward to the next ones (even though I do not understand Spanish).

If you are trying to stop smoking I can thoroughly recommend from personal and close friends experiences "Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking" by Allen Carr - "Es fácil dejar de fumar si sabes como" is the Spanish edition, it is better to read it in the language you are most familiar with.
I'd been a smoker for ten years and was inspired by a friend of mine in his mid forties who had smoked since his teens several packs a day. He read the book and quit. Three months later seeing it worked for him (and he was a hard case!) I read the book - and stopped smoking with no trauma at all. My best friend, also in her mid forties and a smoker since her teens saw it had worked with me and read the book. This was over four years ago. She says if she'd known how easy it was going to be she would have quit years ago! A friend of my Dad's read the book - and she had tried *everything* from hypnosis to acupuncture for years - it worked and three years later she's a happy non-smoker!
I know I'm starting to sound like a bad advert, but if you really want to quit the book can really help you do it. Ni mis amigos ni yo hubiéramos leído el libro al no haberlo "visto" funcionar en otro, así que por si no conoces a nadie que lo haya leído te lo cuento yo.
Entonces te recomiendo un montón que te busques este libro, porque de verdad que te ayudara. No es un rollo, ni yo ni mis amigos somos de libros "self-help" ¡pero este funciona! Te ayuda quitarte la comedura de coco (que es la mayor parte de la dificultad de dejar de fumar) con argumentos razonables, lógicos y sanos - no reinventa la rueda ¡pero si te explica muy bien como es redonda!
Es mas, también somos gente que seguimos teniendo amigos/reuniones fumadoras y el método del libro te permite estar presente mientras que otros fuman.
PD - Puedes seguir fumando mientras que lees el libro - asi lo recomiendan.
