an unremarkable sunset


We chased the sunset, driving into the west, barely able to see with the light on the dirty windscreen. By the time we found a good vista it was all over...

Just west of Toowoomba on the Dalby Road, Warrego Highway.

Those sunsets are over fast aren't they. You don't get a lot of time to move about. Great horizon line though, still a good shot.

sometimes there is some lingering colour - something remaining for a while. tis sunset was spectacular (and blinding) as we were driving into it, looking for a good vantage point.

but then the sun went down and it just wound up...
