WTF... this photo is not sexy, nor is the "model". Bad boob job, ugly pose (look at her right ellbow...), her eyes and the finger on her lip just look ridiculous... you'll better delete this and try again.

A photo is definitely NOT sexy because you just can see some bare skin...

The skin looks bad, the elbow looks ugly and fat, the breast augmentation looks just cheap and like plastic in this position (and so does the tummy, too - I bet she's not half that fat that she looks like here...), the eyes look scared and the finger on her open mouth looks - I'm repeating myself - just ridiculous - NOT sexy...
Sorry, but I consider this picture not "beautiful" and definitely not "sexy" - and it's neither looking "professional" like the groups might suggest...
