Des poivrons rouges ... Simplement au four pour rétirer la peau ... et on les arrange avec de l'ail, huile d'olive et (parfois) une nuance de vinaigre, et on les laisse refroidir ... On peut les acompagner par des anchois .. ou thôn ... oeuf dur ... comme salade ...

On peut aussi les faire servir por accompagner la viande, soit comme ça (froides) ou bien poelés ...
