It just shows that the problem is the guns themselves, whether registered or not. There is a serious limit to the legalities.

I sometimes have the feeling that not a week goes by before you read or hear such terrible news again....
The gun lobby is enormously influential in the USA (in Switzerland too, by the way), I don't know if Biden will be able to do anything about it in four years, even if he wants to strongly.

Week? Ha! Hardly a DAY goes by. We're having a big epidemic of gun violence and it always gets worse in summer, when tempers are short. It's not even so much the lobby, anymore, since nearly all Republican polticians are rabidly anti gun control. They would be that way even if gun manufacturers did not donate to their campaigns. Ironically, 85% of Americans want stricter gun laws and this percentage has been the same for years. There are many problems that seem endless in this country. It wears me out to even think about it everyday.

There is only so much Biden will be able to do in four years. There is absolutely no certainty that the Democratic party will hold on to the presidency in the next election. Meanwhile, the seething, psychotic mob grows more radical all the time.
