C'est vrai que l'alcool est un probléme, mais il y a aussi la drogue et ces "fichus" téléphones portables que les gens consultent en conduisant, c'est tout aussi dangereux. Ici, en France, on pense qu'actuellement , ce qui est le plus pourvoyeur d'accident, c'est la fatigue (L'endormissement en conduisant ) L'essentiel c'est qu'il n'y ait pas eu de bléssé. peut être que cet accident sera salutaire pour la conductrice.

Yes, many distractions! Long-haul truck drivers are known for being sleepy while driving, and because of that, some of them take drugs to keep them awake. Bad situation!
