Except for the wires, it's the old west! Grazie, Bea.

Very nice. Lovely mono tones with some nice details, especially in the shadow areas. The background is beautiful and makes the scene somewhat ethereal. Normally I'm not a fan of power lines, but in this case I think they enhance the image.

Well, I almost never mind them, but I do in this case. Oh well, I did it anyway and at least you're happy with the result! Thank you, Keith.

Enjoyable shot and I agree with Keith - they CAN be useful in a composition!

I think so, too, but it bothers me that these are in sharper focus and blacker than the rest of the photo. Anyway, thanks, Andy!

... well constructed; very attractive ... graytone and lighting are really nice ...

(oh, pesky utility wires: sometimes they jump right into the framing of a shot ... I guess one could photoshop them out; I did once, but it was (to me) a lot of work ...

I did it once and found it fun, but since I don't have photoshop I had to do it a more primitive way. (But I don't know how it works in PS, so maybe not so different.) With this one, I never could have gotten rid of lines, too much contrast between the two elements. Thank you, Wally!
