Not sure what havoc you refer to here, but I like the rain effect and the four grey / brown tones.

With my retired mental health nurse hat on - this is an excellent representation of the stages of severe depression, I find it very powerful and the title is apt. If I was still working I would've asked you for permission to use it for teaching purposes.

Great series Diane, I'm sure my thoughts aren't what you had in mind tho'!

As a retired mental health therapist, I can say it is what I had in mind, but in the sense of national havoc! However, it takes an increasing mental health toll on the population, something that is discussed sometimes on television. Ah well, it will all be over sometime in the future. It's just too bad that narcissists of the Orange One's magnitude leave a wide trail of destruction and betrayal. (Hey, I warned those voters! Did they listen? NO!)

And, I would give you permission to use this any way you please. ;-)

I can't myself see the connection to mental health! Looks like it might be a photo of the bottom of a carved arch, perhaps for a window, and the effect looks more like it was scratched by gravel than rain! I do see a sort of face in the right bottom one, either sleeping or with a goat like pupil. (-:

That's OK, Mr. Chairman, you don't have to. I don't see anything related to a carved arch, so we're even! This is the textural overlay, I guess a sort of fake fur...

Underneath is just a shot of clothes and a towel. Oh, I do see the goat pupil. ;-b

Well, thank you, Marj! I do take pride my in interpretations of havoc - lol! Yes, smoke has been behaving itself - or, I should say, the wind has turned in our favor. There are still fires out of control, or barely controlled, south of me.

It's all getting a bit deep for me! I like it simply because it's a beautiful abstract! I love the patterns and the textures even though I have no idea what they might be..!! Just beautiful Diane!

Thanks! It just happens that the tide is turning on the corrupt, lying president. A sort of "perfect storm" is beginning.
