Of course. I assume the soil that's actually contaminated is sealed under the big plastic "sarcophagus." (Another photo here.) It's interesting that there are two occupied houses just a few hundred yards SE of this - oops, I'll map it.

Nasty stuff -- and we used it all the time before knowing what it could do !
