Schwaan, Rathaus und Kirche

Das Rathaus wurde 1780 als Raths-Session-Haus erbaut, 1865 im neugotischen Stil aufgestockt und erweitert.
Die St. Paulus-Kirche, eine der ältesten Stadtkirchen Mecklenburg-Vorpommerns, wurde im 13. Jahrhundert erbaut, Altar und Ausstattung sind von 1828/29, die Orgel von 1861.
