Another chance to see this iconic Cornish tin mine. We are on our way down the twisty coastal path to the lower part you can see here where we will walk further along the ‘South West Coastal Path’ towards Chapel Porth. Its windy and the waves are quite choppy as can be seen. See PiP for one of my earlier photos and descriptions of this mine.

Great to see another shot of this old tin mine............and from a very different perspective. You've found a super vantage point!

I really like the view out to sea (and the colour of the water is sublime). The light is gorgeous and the detail it's brought out is beautiful, especially when viewed large. Nice to see some people in the shot to give us some scale.

Excellent work Herb. It was nice to see the image in the PiP again too.

Always good that a series should be followed up Keith. I took a lot of this mine from all angles including many up close but all in all, too many by far to post on here. Also noted your reaction to the people here, yes sometimes it helps to give perspective. Of course, light again is almost part of my goal. Thanks for simply enjoying.

The colour of the sea is so beautiful Herb. Love your pictures of the old tin mines....maybe one day you could get Cpt Poldark in one of your shots ;-)) The PiP is very impressive as well.
Cheers, Rosa.

The colours were quite good on this day Rosa. Went past here a coupe of times. I too watched the Poldark series and Eileen still has the complete novel set that she has read too. Good that you enjoyed the Pip too.

Take care. Herb
