The magic hills of Dovestones
It’s said that once in every one hundred years; four extra hills can be seen looking down to the reservoir below to the right. These are of course ‘magic hills’ covered in deep white snow that are sometimes there for only minutes and you know, you could swear that they are moving!
Before you cry,” but these are only misty clouds you fool”, I ask you to look carefully, are you really sure about that?

What an amazing sight! I just love the mist rolling over the tops of the hills and into the valley. like waves over a waterfall. The light on the mist is particularly beautiful.

The fence and path make great leading lines - superbly composed and taken Herb.

Ah Sarah, and thanks for that. You be a true woman of the folk anall. I have another one taken a few yards away from this where I give much more precedence to the puddles but my wife Eileen liked this one better. - I wonder how many other members on here ask the opinion of their spouses or partners when there are several shots from a similar spot :)
