In diesem Tal voller Licht herrscht eine wunderschöne Stimmung. Welchen Film hattest du für das Dia verwendet?

At this point on my trip it was all Kodak 100 ASA l Left with 20 rolls of 36 slide film. in the end i ran out and went to Fugifilm 200 ASA as i could not buy Kodak. so love to do the whole trip on digital. as i got to shots and how much have i got left did not take the shot. the biggest sin i committed was it got too expensive to take the shot this was one i did. enjoy a real Swiss scene i bet would be just the same today.

Beide Filme habe ich früher auch gern verwendet.
Dein Scan ist auch recht gut geworden. Ich habe das Nachfolgemodell deines Scanners und bin von der Qualität jedesmal enttäuscht.

thats a shame one of the reasons i bought the scanner was to convert the slides the ones i wanted any way.

I had my Michelin maps of our trip on the maps i had the shots marked i took each day. my last big clean out "i will never need the map as again more space in my room" . you will note i have not mapped it in this case its just a photo i can show you that info has been lost to recycled paper...... Sorry we did a lot of the small valleys as well so i have no idea.

Always nice to see these retro shots Steve. Typical Alpen scenery and I can excuse you after all this time not having the info anymore as to where it was. Ah well, as they say "a gud un is always a gud un, no matter what the title says".
Cheers, Herb

Its kind of shame as it was only just thrown out...but there is a real difference between the two. Digital is crisper.

This is a nice scan Steve, good colour and detail. I have scans of my years in Australia...1970 to 1975... but the quality is nowhere near digital... but they jog the memory!!.. :-)) YS... John.

John i have to say i need to retire to fix up all the shot but they are of a time and world thats from a far better time . i would so love to go back on digital and do it all again with what i know now.

It has scanned well Steve. I have been doing the same to a lot of my late father's old slides.
A lovely scene. Thank you for adding me to your contacts. I will also enjoy viewing your gallery :)
