Ja, Udo.Schade dass wir nur einige Stunden geblieben sind. Es gibt überall Höhlen, auch unter der Stadt und Zisternen. Einzigartig.

Grazie, Laura, tutte queste foto sono di Matera, a parte le prime della Puglia. Una città davvero unica. Anche per me era la prima volta, ci sarebbe voluto più tempo.

It was years that I wanted to visit Matera, Herb. Until now I had only seen photos. And we had few time, for all there was to see. You could say it's so different from a normal city like Venice, in another way. Being still September there was so much people it was difficult to take photos. But this is good for the economy, even of other places, because there are not enough hotels for everybody here. Cheers, Dany

Das muss eine aufregende Stadt sein, Dany. So in den Felshang gebaut - irre!
Aber ob ich dort leben möchte, ich weiss nicht. Kann ganz schön anstrengend sein und vielleicht sogar gefährlich - Starkregen, Winter usw.
