Perfect for social distancing. The walls of yellow make for a great image although as a walker I like twists and turns which tempt me to continue and see what is round the corner.

I really like the vibrant yellow colour of the oilseed rape........and it contrasts nicely with the green grass. Very nice indeed Amelia.

You could see anyone from afar! I wish I had some fields nearby....

I think this would give you hay fever, Gurun. Yes we're lucky, Shropshire is an agricultural county and there is no shortage of fields. There is usually a right of way either through them or round them that the farmer is obliged to respect as you can see here.

Grasses and weeds give me hayfever, rape seed not so much:-) Right of way is a wonderful thing, it's not common in Germany. We may use country lanes which are usually like small roads but only open to farmer's vehicles.

Great composition!
However, I'm not a fan of oilseed rape fields. I find the massed colour rather unsettling; can't explain why. Have you ever noticed in overcast weather, the bases of the grey clouds take on a yellowish hue, reflecting the fields of oilseed rape underneath?
