OUTDATED: PLEASE SEE CURRENT POST.

Please consider opening your heart and home to the following fabulous felines.

Mesquite & Sizzle (ADOPTED)

Mesquite & Sizzle are ~10-month-old sisters who have taken time to win. The girls are forever tiny, only about 5 pounds each, like having “forever kittens” as they aren't going to get big. Sizzle has a huge purr and just cannot resist kneading, even if someone only speaks to her from across the room. Mesquite is a happy drooler who loves to snuggle under the covers. The beauties are food obsessed. Mesquite is obsessed with whatever food Sizzle eats, that is. The girls will take a bit to adapt to a new home, but they are so worth it. Both girls have been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. They both tested negative for FIV/FeLV. They are available as a pair for $100.

Norman (ADOPTED)
Norman is quite reserved around visitors but loves affection from his human. He gets along fine with other felines. Norman has been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Norman tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He's available for adoption for $50 but would need a patient, understanding human being to help him adapt to a new place and a new human.

Waif*
Waif is an extremely rare feline as she is one who would do best in a safe outdoor/barn/shop environment. Waif is outgoing and affectionate, but she tends to be very mellow and doesn't seem to think it necessary to get up and go to a litterbox to relieve herself. As a result, we'd like to find a safe, loving outdoor home for this loving beauty. We will continue to work with her, hoping that she will change her mind, until we find just the right place for her, somewhere she will be cherished forever. Waif has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Waif is available for adoption for $50.

Tynnan & Zillo (ADOPTED)
Tynnan & Zillo, a pair of bonded brothers, were born in May 2017 according to the homeowners. These boys arrived both feral and affected by mange. Their fur has now grown back fully, and the boys have left their feral ways far behind them. The boys are devoted to each other, frequently found snoozing together in a hammock all afternoon. Tynnan is more outgoing and welcomes visitors while Zillo is nervous around new people, but Zillo is a love bug. Both boys are cuddly, and Zillo has both a loud purr and a loud voice. Tynnan doesn't meow or purr much, but his devotion is clear. These two have been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Both boys tested negative doe FIV/FeLV. Tynnan & Zillo are available as a pair for $100.

Nanook (ADOPTED)
Nanook is a hunk of handsomeness. Somewhere under that motor oil is an all-white boy, and he's a lap slug, a love, but an insecure fella at first. Nanook has been neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. He tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Nanook is approximately 3 years old and available for adoption for $50.

Violet (FeLV+)
Violet is a lovely two-year-old calico who has the misfortune of being positive for feline leukemia. Violet is energetic and outgoing, a loving, friendly girl. She does have chronic runny eyes, but otherwise this girl is doing quite well. She has been vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Violet would love a forever home of her own. She'd definitely enjoy having a fellow FeLV+ buddy. Violet is available for adoption for $40.

Miss Flick*
Three-year-old Miss Flick was trapped as a feral kitten. She has been undergoing socialization, but Miss Flick doesn't show well as she doesn't trust strangers. In general, although she can be picked up and has had her claws trimmed without incident, Miss Flick really isn't overly fond of having her four paws off the ground. Miss Flick has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Her guesstimated birth date is 9/2/14. She is available for adoption for $50 but requires a very understanding human.

MoMo

MoMo arrived into our care declawed. MoMo, now at least 11 years old, quite possibly significantly older, was found dodging cars scrounging for food in a grocery store parking lot. MoMo is a very quirky boy although his OCD tendencies are mellowing with age. MoMo does not want to live with other adult males although the adult females adore him and he enjoys kittens. MoMo used wee-wee pads instead of litterboxes when he arrived in our care. He has since had declaw salvage surgery to remove fragments of bone that plague him for years. MoMo now uses the litterbox to urinate but still prefers wee-wee pads for pooping. MoMo is neutered, dewormed, and has been vaccinated against rabies, distemper, and FeLV. MoMo's overall health has declined, but his labwork has all been normal. We are not sure how much longer the dear boy has, but he would love to have a devoted human to love him until his day comes. Adoption fee: $40. By the way, MoMo is hands down the best hugger in the house.

Lulu*
Lulu remains a timid girl, shutting down whenever visitors are in her area. She loves other felines, and she is fond of doritos, trying to steal them whenever they are eaten. Lulu is not for just anyone. She has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Lulu tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Lulu is available for adoption for $40.

Avery* (ADOPTION PENDING)
Avery is a lovely lady who is frightened of visitors. This beauty would need an understanding, quieter home where she is given a chance to blossom. Avery can definitely be loving and affectionate, but she also can be a bit of a bully with other felines. Avery has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies and distemper. Avery tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She is available for adoption for $40.

Gingham (ADOPTED)
Gingham is an adorable young man who arrived a feral youngster in February. Gingham has a strong purr and, while still insecure, has found that he enjoys affection. He's been vaccinated against distemper x2 and will be neutered and vaccinated against rabies soon. Gingham tested negative for feline leukemia but he did have a positive FIV test. Gingham will need to be retested once he's six months old (as he carries his momma's antibodies until that age). Thankfully, FIV felines who are not aggressive can live with other friendly cats (FIV is transmitted by deep puncture wounds). Gingham will be available for adoption for $60.

Frisbee (ADOPTED)
Frisbee is an outgoing, love-everybody, center-of-attention youngster who has some healing to do before he's ready to be neutered. You see, Frisbee was stepped on by a cow. His left front leg is quite injured, but we are seeing if he can keep that leg. Once all is said and done, this young man, whether he has 3 legs or 4, will be available for adoption for $60.

Cassidy (RESERVED)
The precious young Cassidy arrived with only one eye and frostbitten ears. She's likely about 4 months old, and this young lady is ridiculously outgoing, loving absolutely everyone. She will be needing to have her R eye socket debrided and closed. Cassidy will be available for adoption once she has been spayed and vaccinated against rabies. The young lady tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Cassidy will be available for adoption for $60.
