Since i have a lot of spare time on my hands i decided to give ipernity a shot, especially because my significant other uses this network as well.
There isn't much to say for starters, since most user-driven communities are very similar to each other, even down to the level of the users themselves: most of them act the same way, most of them think themselves to be artists of some kind or another and most of them wish others to see them as artists too.
Same with flickr.
Same with deviantart.
Same with facebook.
Same with ipernity.
Doesn't matter where you go and what you do these days, you always seem to meet the same kind of persons over and over again; their names and faces may change but they themselves, they as individuals seem to be a product of a very unimaginative creator.
A creator that obviously thinks with his dick.
As i am writing this, i am lighting my seventh morning cigarette and drinking my third cup of coffee; let's just hope that i manage to awake at some point during the day.
Stay tuned. For i am oh so special.
