Wrong permisson settings!?

My new uploads from today have wrong permissions and settings set by default. Anyone and idea why?

I just tested it with two pictures. One I uploaded by iperUploaldr, the other I uploaded "manually". Both pics have the correct rights. Perhaps a temporary problem?
