In the last two weeks I have had three of my photographs dissapear from ipernity, the originals are still there in "other sizes" but the large, medium, small and thumbnail images have all gone and are replaced with blank white images....

Has anyone else experienced this? I tried "replace" with the original image but this doesn't work, editing the image and renaming and then replacing worked for the first one but now two more have "gone".

For anyone who can get BBC TV there is a new series on photography starting this evening 25th October. 9pm on BBC4 called Genius of Photography, tonights episode is "Fixing the Shadows" and deals with the birth of photography...

Well that's it, I too have taken the plunge and signed up for a pro account. It seems a much friendlier place here and reminds me of how things used to be on the other side...

Well this seems like a nice place to be. I am trying to resist posting all of my favourite pictures all at once and must make sure I keep up with new work as well as trawling through the archives.

I am so glad to leave the arrogance of the staff at "the other place" behind and only wish I had found this site a long time ago.
