Frühling ist doof!

Heuschnupfen, schaut-so-aus-als-ob-man-kurze-Hemden-tragen-kann-aber-ist-dann-doch-zu-kalt, Zwangsgutelaune, ...

Naja. Aber die Biergärten haben wieder auf. Und es gibt wieder Eis (mit Pfeffer, Oliven, Tomaten...).

Ja, der Frühling fällt mir einigen seiner Eigenschaften arg auf die Nerven. Zwangsgutelaune und ein Wetter, bei dem man in jedem Fall falsch angezogen ist, gehören definitiv dazu.
Aber Eis ist wirklich eine gute Idee. Dem sollte ich mich mal verstärkt zuwenden - auch wenn es hier eher das normale Mango-Zitrone-Erdbeerangebot gibt. Ist aber trotzdem lecker ;-)

you're welcome Marcel. Fritz makes some good suggestions below. i was just reading an article in the newspaper today which cited people using light therapy in place of medication to treat symptoms of depression. fresh air and sunshine can help. please take care.

@Marcel Not sure you have now,but...I just recommend you do something different things for a whole and you might find new aspects with dialy casual life itself after that.
Come to Japan! ,for example (especially country side)...if you have some holidays.

Unfortunately I have no holidays now, but a lot work to do. It's the best "cure" for now, I think - or at least, there is no other ;-)

Marcel, I can tell from your latest up-loads that you are moody. My advise: Go and shoot some flowers, greens, make nature happen in your pics. Just for a change. Please, not for good but for a change. After a while you will feel better --- until we meet in Bologna.
