4 Eier sorgsam trennen, 2 ganze Eier in ein Gefäß geben und sehr stark schlagen.

Departagez les jaunes d'oeuf des blancs de 4 oeufs, ajouter 2 oeufs entiers. Battez tres soigneusement.

Separate yellows from egg whites of 4 eggs, add 2 whole eggs - beat very carefully.
