Dear members and friends of ipernity!

1) Seasonally fitting I welcome the visitors to our homepage from today with the spring pictures you provided. I thank you for your involvement!

2) As of today 38 Club members and 18 "free" users have already committed themselves financially for the reprogramming of ipernity. The sum of the paid contributions meanwhile amounts to 6,338 EUR (21% of the required starting capital).

3) The ima team has now defined a strategic guideline for this reprogramming. You may find it separately as our Manifest for Reprogramming ipernity. Taking into account further wishes from you, a draft for the upcoming General Assembly shall be developed.

4) The Ipernity General Assembly (IGA2019) will take place on Sunday, March 31, 2019, 17:00 CEST (10 am CST, 11 am EST). It will take place online via the ipernity platform. In accordance with the IMA Statutes, I hereby invite all eligible ipernity Club members to participate. Moreover, an invitation e-mail will be sent tomorrow to all ipernity Club members.

5) Parallel to the General Assembly, a voluntary IGA2019 Participant Chat will take place. Attendees of the General Assembly are cordially invited to participate.

6) For the legally valid course of the General Assembly it is mandatory that you register as a participant in advance. Registration deadline is Sunday, 24 March, 17:00 CET (10 am CST, 11 am EST). Registration can only take place via the formal Registration procedure. The Agenda of the IGA2019 can be found in a separate blog. It is hereby deemed to have been announced in accordance with the articles of association.

7) During the IGA2019, changes of the statutes have to be approved. The Revised IMA Statutes can be found in a separate blog. They are hereby deemed to have been announced in accordance with the articles of association.

8) During the IGA2019 the elections for the next ima team will take place. If you want to take responsibility and get involved in this great project, you can apply for jobs that match your skills. See the Call for Candidatures for details. In particular, the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is still vacant. We are also looking for two auditors.

I am counting on you to make this first General Assembly of our association a convivial and fruitful meeting for our community and wish you a wonderful first spring weekend on behalf of the entire ima team.

1) Nous souhaitons la bienvenue aux visiteurs de notre page d'accueil dès aujourd'hui avec les photos de printemps que vous nous avez fournies. Nous vous remercions de votre implication !

2) Jusqu'à présent, 38 membres du Club et 18 utilisateurs "gratuits" se sont déjà engagés financièrement pour la reprogrammation d’ipernity. La somme des cotisations versées s'élève actuellement à 6 338 EUR (21% du capital initial requis).

3) L'équipe ima a défini une orientation stratégique pour cette reprogrammation, que vous trouverez sous le Manifeste pour la reprogrammation de l'ipernity. Tenant compte de vos suggestions, un projet pour la prochaine Assemblée Générale sera élaboréé.

4) L'Assemblée Générale d'Ipernity (IGA2019) aura lieu le dimanche 31 mars à 17h00 CEST (10h00 CST, 11h00 EST). EIle se déroulera en ligne via la plateforme ipernity. Conformément aux Statuts de l'Association, j'invite par la présente tous les membres admissibles du Club ipernity à y participer. De plus, un courriel d'invitation sera envoyé demain à tous les membres du Club ipernity.

5) Parallèlement à l'Assemblée Générale, un forum de discussion spontanée IGA2019 Participant Chat sera organisé. Les participants à l'Assemblée Générale sont cordialement invités à y participer.

6) Pour un déroulement de l'Assemblée Générale conforme à la législation, il est obligatoire de s'inscrire à l'avance en tant que participant. La date limite d'inscription est fixée au dimanche 24 mars à 17h00 CET (10h00 CST, 11h00 EST). L'inscription ne peut se faire que via le site officiel Procédure d'inscription. L'Ordre du jour de l'Assemblée Générale peut être consulté sur un blog séparé. Elle est réputée avoir été annoncé conformément aux Statuts.

7) Lors de l'Assemblée Générale, les statuts révisés de l'Association devront être approuvée. Les Statuts Révisés de l'IMA peuvent être consulté sur un blog séparé. Ils sont réputées avoir été annoncés conformément aux Statuts en vigueur.

8) Lors de l'Assemblée Générale auront lieu les élections pour la prochaine équipe de l'ima. Si vous voulez prendre des responsabilités et vous impliquer dans ce grand projet, vous pouvez postuler à des postes qui correspondent à vos compétences. Pour plus de détails, consultez le page Appel de candidatures. En particulier, le poste de directeur financier (CFO) est toujours vacant. Nous recherchons également deux auditeurs.

Je compte sur vous pour faire de cette première Assemblée Générale de notre association une rencontre conviviale et féconde pour notre communauté et vous souhaite un bon premier week-end de printemps au nom de toute l'équipe de l'ima.

1) Jahreszeitlich passend begrüße ich die Besucher unserer Homepage ab heute mit den Frühlingsbildern, die ihr bereit gestellt habt. Ich danke euch für euer Engagement!

2) Bis heute haben sich bereits 38 Club-Mitglieder und 18 “freie” Nutzer finanziell für die Neuprogrammierung von ipernity engagiert. Die Summe der eingezahlten Beträge beläuft sich inzwischen auf 6.338 EUR (21% des erforderlichen Startkapitals).

3) Das ima-Team hat für diese Neuprogrammierung inzwischen eine strategische Ausrichtung definiert. Ihr findet sie separat als Manifest zur Neuprogrammierung von ipernity. Unter Berücksichtigung weiterer Wünsche von euch soll daraus eine Beschlussvorlage für die kommende Mitgliedervollversammlung entstehen.

4) Die Ipernity-Mitgliedervollversammlung (IGA2019)wird am Sonntag, 31. März 2ß19, 17:00 Uhr CEST (10 am CST, 11 am EST), stattfinden. Sie wird online über die ipernity-Plattform stattfinden. Satzungsgemäß lade ich hiermit alle stimmberechtigten ipernity Club-Mitglieder zur Teilnahme ein. Außerdem geht morgen eine Einladungsmail an alle stimmberechtigen ipernity Club-Mitglieder.

5) Parallel zur Mitgliedervollversammlung wird ein freiwilliger IGA2019 Teilnehmer-Chat stattfinden. Teilnehmer(innen) der Mitgliedervollversammlung sind herzlich dazu eingeladen.

6) Für den rechtsgültigen Ablauf der Mitgliederversammlung ist es erforderlich, dass ihr euch rechtzeitig als Teilnehmer(in) registrieren lasst. Anmeldeschluss Sonntag, 24. März, 17:00 Uhr CET (10 am CST, 11 am EST). Die Anmeldung kann ausschließlich über die formale Registrierungs-Prozedur stattfinden. Die Tagesordnung der Mitgliederversammlung findet ihr in einem separaten Blog. Sie gilt hiermit als satzungsgemäß bekannt gegeben.

7) In der IGA2019 ist über Satzungsänderungen abzustimmen. Die Revidierten IMA Statuten findet ihr in einem separaten Blog. Sie gelten hiermit als satzungsgemäß bekannt gegeben.

8) Außerdem finden in der IGA2019 finden die Wahlen zum nächsten ima-Team statt. Wenn ihr Verantwortung übernehmen und euch für dieses großartige Projekt engagieren wollt, könnt ihr euch für eine Tätigkeit bewerben, die euren Fähigkeiten entspricht. Details findet ihr im Aufruf zur Kandidatur. Insbesondere ist noch die Position des Chief Financial Officer (CFO) vakant. Außerdem werden zwei Kassenprüfer gesucht.

Ich setze auf euch, dass ihr diese erste Generalversammlung unserer Gemeinschaft zu einem geselligen und erfolgreichen Ereignis macht und wünsche euch im Namen des gesamten ima-Teams ein schönes erstes Frühlingswochenende.

Unser Mailprovider "Mailkitchen" hat das Mailing wegen "unerlaubter Aktivität" abgebrochen. Die genaue Ursache müssen wir noch herausbekommen. Wir warten auf Antwort vom Support. (Im Gegensatz zu uns arbeiten die aber nicht sonntags.)

Die email ist jetzt doch noch bei mir angekommen. Als ich den Link darin geklickt habe, hat aber die Sicherheitssoftware auf meinem Smartphone gemeckert, dass das ein gefährlicher Link sei. Ich vermute mal, dass das mit der fehlenden SSL-Verschlüsselung zu tun hat. Aber ein Beispiel mehr, warum die Neuprogrammierung sein muss. Besonders für neue Nutzer dürfte es abschreckend sein, wenn sie bei der Nutzung von Ipernity ständig Sicherheitswarnungen bekommen.

Bei mir ist die Mail auch angekommen, allerdings war sie im Spam-Ordner. Die bisherigen IMA-Mails gingen immer direkt durch, wahrscheinlich stuft gmx den Link in der Einladung als bedenklich ein.

(Ich sitze zur Zeit der Versammlung leider gerade im Flieger und kann nicht teilnehmen.)

Das Problem könnte damit zusammen hängen, dass diese IMA - Mail ausschließlich aus einem HTML - Text besteht. Das erhöht bspw. bei einem bekannten Anti-Spam-Tool, was oft verwendet wird (SpamAssassin), dass die Mail mehr Spam-Punkte erhält, was letztlich die Wahrscheinlichkeit erhöht, dass sie dann auch als Spam eingestuft und entsprechend einsortiert wird.

Der Link in der Einladung enthält als Zieladresse einen vom GMX-Webmailer umgewandelten Link. Man kriegt zwar einen Link auf den ipernity-Teamblog in der Nachricht angezeigt, das eigentliche Linkziel liegt allerdings woanders, nämlich statt bei www.ipernity.com/blog/team/4719290 bei folgendem Linkziel:

Der Link ist zudem defekt, aus welchen Gründen auch immer. Scheinbar wurde der Link mehrmals durch das dereferer-Script geschickt.

Der gmx-Webmailer wandelt also das Ziel des Links so um, dass der Betreiber des Mailservers, an dem die Mail geht bzw. ihr nicht mehr nachvollziehen könnt, von welcher Adresse aus jemand nach www.ipernity.com/blog/team/4719290 gesurft ist.

Der Umstand, dass das tatsächliche Linkziel und das im Mailtext angezeigte Linkziel nicht identisch sind, wirkt sich negativ auf die Spam-Punktezahl der entsprechenden Mail aus. Das führt dann dazu, dass sich die Wahrscheinlichkeit erhöht, dass diese Mail von Mailprogrammen oder Mailprovidern als Spammail klassifiziert wird.
Grund hierfür ist, dass Spamer oder Hacker oftmals sagen, man solle sich auf bspw. www.gmx.de einloggen, dann aber der tatsächlich aufgerufene Link ganz woanders hinführt, obwohl doch www.gmx.de in der Mail angezeigt wird.

Vermeiden lässt sich beides, indem das ima - Team nicht den Webmailer von gmx verwendet, sondern ein normales Mailprogramm.

Stefan, die Erklärung hört sich plausibel an, allerdings hab ich von alledem keine Ahnung.
Ist gmx kein "normales Mailprogramm"? Ich arbeite seit > 10 Jahren damit.
Außerdem versenden wir die Massenmailings über den Provider Mailkitchen.
Haben wir denn überhaupt Einfluss darauf, in welchem Format Mailkitchen versendet?

On Sunday, March 31, in Europe daylight savings time begins. Therefore I assume that Central European Summer Time (CEST) is meant instead of Central European Time (CET). Furthermore I assume that Central Daylight Time (CDT) is meant instead of Central Standard Time (CST) as to my knowledge CDT will be observed from March 11. Similarly I assume that Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) is meant instead of Eastern Stanadard Time (EST). Maybe the IMA-Team can check. Especially European participants must pay attention to the switch from CET to CEST at the very same day.

Just to let you know that the Invitation mail ended up in my SPAM box (Gmail) I spoke to another user 'Happy Snapper' informing him of this and yes, his invitation was also in the SPAM box

As we do not have ID Cards with photos I am unable to accept the invite to participate in the AGM. My Passport is out of date and currently cannot be renewed because of BREXIT. All I have with a photo is my out of datedrivers license which is a plastic card the size ofa Visa or other credit cad and therefore is not scannable.Many European IPERNITY users will have this problem.

1) SPAM filter: Unfortunately, we have no influence on the spam filtering of the different mail providers. However, you can make provisions for the future by putting our sender address on your personal white list.

2) ID-Card: There are so many national peculiarities that we can't put them all into rules. Just take your outdated driver's license and take a picture of it. That's enough in that case. Because we don't want to block your participation.

Dans le cadre de la rénovation, l'équipe de l'ima s'efforce de réduire autant que possible les coûts d'exploitation d'ipernity afin que les frais d'adhésion soient faibles. De plus, il y aura un forfait d'abonnement à moitié prix avec le formule d'abonnement "Basis". Cette différenciation verticale est la tâche de l'équipe de l'ima et exploite pleinement notre capacité.

La différenciation horizontale selon les aspects sociaux et régionaux est également importante pour nous. Cependant, nous ne pouvons et ne devons pas les mélanger avec la gestion opérationnelle. De plus, les effectifs de l'équipe de l'IMA sont beaucoup trop rares pour être pris en charge. Cependant, comme le blog l'a déjà souligné à plusieurs reprises, nous sommes très ouverts aux propositions de solutions.

Veuillez former un groupe de travail composé de toutes les personnes concernées. Pensez aux possibilités, faites des suggestions, ce que l'on pourrait faire, afin d'inclure dans notre communauté des êtres humains socialement plus faibles ou issus de régions économiquement moins efficaces. Vous pouvez trouver certains des noms des membres qui ont cela dans leur cœur dans les articles de blog précédents. Parlez-leur, rassemblez-vous, devenez actifs ensemble. Donnez vie à l'idée de fraternité. "Nous sommes l'ipernité", tous ensemble. S'il vous plaît, commencez !

This would be a very expensive solution for the member, because Paypal charges a basic fee for each booking. Accordingly, the monthly amount must be calculated higher. It would be easier to borrow the money from brother, sister or friend and payed back monthly to them.

In addition one must consider the following. With 1,330 club members we have (because of the half-yearly options) at present approximately 1.5*1,330=1,995 subscription procedures annually. If only 10% of the members would change to monthly payment, the booking volume would swell to 1.5*(1,330-130)+12*130=1800+1560=3,360. That would be almost a doubling, which has to be done voluntarily.

Monthly payment is disadvantageous for all parties involved, not advantageous.

Because you are several hours ahead the general assembly will be in the early morning of April 1 for you. You have daylight savings time until April 7 (correct?). In central Europe daylight savings time starts just on March 31. So both Eastern Australia and Central Europe will have daylight savings time when the General Assembly takes place.

Thus you will be 9 hours ahead of Central European Summer Time (CEST). As the assembly starts at 5 pm CEST it should be 2 am on April 1 for you.

There are time zone calculators on the internet. For example look here:

I have chosen Berlin as this is in Central Europe and the assembly starts at 5 pm there on March 31. Then it will be 2 am on April 1 in Sydney. So if your time is the same as in Sydney it is 2 am on April 1.

The registration deadline should be 3 am on March 25 for you as we have still standard time in centreal Europe on March 25:

Thanks. Ok my time will be 1am as my state (Queesland) doesn't have daylight saving. I'll be away on the weekend returning home late on the 31st so I will have to give my apologies and read the minutes/report later.

Ah, that is complicated in Australia. :-) If I enter Brisbane in Queensland in the time zone calculator I get 1 am too. So there are two different time zones in Eastern Australia. One with and one without daylight savings time.

Afin que Fifi et Eric ne se sentent pas trop seuls ...
Il ne faut pas confondre GJ et casseurs. Les amalgames sont dangereux ... Le combat des (vrais) Gilets Jaunes pour une démocratie plus juste est légitime, le fossé entre riches et pauvres devenant chaque jour plus abyssal.
Pour le reste, on est bien d'accord, Ipernity n'est pas le lieu pour débattre de ce genre de choses hautement propices à crêpage de chignon. Nous sommes tous ici pour l'amour de la photo et c'est la seule chose qui compte. Cela dit, même la photo ne fait pas l'impasse sur les choses de la vie...
