While reading the news today I found a chap who has been accused of 'offending public decency' he was caught near Tottenham Park football ground trying to have it away with a sheep...and then I thought of the Bible...it's the way my mind works...and have a feeling it says somewhere that you ought not to have sex with animals 'cos it's not nice...but people always have...since the dawn of time..it is probably one of the most common sexual deviations there is...
Another news report said that the new game for some electronic device...and now I can't remember the name of it...bloodthirsty anyway...has sold millions in it's first day...
And a so-called Mother left the mummified body of her child in his cot for two years while she continued to claim Child Benefit and the smell from her home made 'hardened Police Officers gag'...
Apparently when she finally answered the door to a Community Police Officer she was surrounded by clouds of black flies...
So called Dog Shelters are reported to be putting down 99% of the dogs they take in...
Our local Donkey sanctuary admitted one hundred and thirty donkeys within the last three months...
And the child Daniel Pelka, who died after months of abuse from his 'parents' has a tribunal saying 'lessons need to be learnt'...there were 'failings' it says...
Our supplement in the Sunday Times was full of fashion costing anything up to three thousand euro for a pair of shoes...with many of the frocks stating 'price on application'
The man who started the soup kitchens in this area of Ireland has opened three more and is feeding hungry people faster than he can cope with...

Sweden has run out of rubbish to fuel the quarter of a million homes which are heated by garbage and they're having to buy rubbish from Norway...while our bog...an area of 'special scientific interest' is virtually drowning under dirty disposable nappies and mattresses and beer cans...
I clicked on a couple of links today for free patterns and was met with the firm statement the people with the sites were 'God-Fearing Christians'...though one did say the Lord was her special friend which is slightly better than God Fearing I suppose...
Small girls are dressed up to the nines and made up with false eyelashes and spray on tans to compete in competions to find the prettiest and most appealing while pedophiles are given six months in prison...
Just sometimes I wish we were more part of the world and didn't live down a quiet narrow road on the edge of a bog in the middle of nowhere in particular...just sometimes I'd like to be a part of the world outside our own rather secluded one...I'd quite like to wear a pair of shoes costing more than our household bills for a year or have an all over spray tan and not worry about those harmless and friendly dogs put down because the government won't pay out enough money to keep them until they are re-housed...I would like not to care when Paddy the farrier tells us about the sad neglected donkeys he sees...I'd love to think those bloody stupid social workers would barge into the homes of horribly neglected children and do something rather than hold endless stupid tribunals...I'd like to close my eyes and ears when someone we know spends out vast amounts of needless cash on a pedigree puppy when there are thousands waiting homes in dog shelters...I would so love when someone buys two donkeys instead of one and puts nuts out for the birds in winter and doesn't power spray the swallows nests down....
When Himselfs Grandaughter Lynsey, was just a little girl she and I used to fantistise about when I was an old lady...I'll come to live with you Grandma and we'll have a little crooked cottage at the end of a lane and we'll have loads of cats and the neighbours will give us apples from their trees...and we'll sew and make jam and go to town on the 'bus...
Lynseys childlike vision has come true in many ways of course...it is the escaping of the ordinary and the everyday horrors which has me firmly stuck in the real world...
