settings:
►30 programms in the start menu, small symbols *

Initial step: •rightclick on program shortcuts •pin to start menu
•drag file + folder shortcuts with the pushed left key to START and than drop them above "all programs"

if [win] + the [s]tarting letter doesn´t work
•rightklick on the program shortcut •rename
add one of the mentioned characters before the program name

exceptios
►you can´t edit the default browser + mail handler on top
► you can´t use the starting letters right hand in the start menu i.e Control panel, My computer

if you don´t use (all) function keys F1-F12
•rightcklick on a shortcut • click into the field functionkey • push a function key
if you push x [ctrl] [alt] [x] is requiered
