Did you try .fr or .eu domains?

.fr is not recondemmned for business/comunity interrests outside of France, .eu is not recondemmned if you want customers in America or Asia ...
So the trial was not necessary, besides the fact that a .fr or .eu domain name is very less worth if .com is taken ...
