Usually the place where I am with my camera and the object are near, so there is no need to distinguish between both ponts for geotagging.
But lets say I'm on a hill at take a photo of a building. Should I tag my position or the one of the building?
And how should geotags be set for panorama shots?
What's your opinion?

I'm back from my bicycle trip with my girl friend and my daughter. 350 km at the river Saar, Mosel and the area near Bielefeld where my parents live.
I hope I can find time to post pictures before work starts again.
