One of my Contacts, has taken one of my B/W photos- without permission- altered it, and is displaying it in his account. Under my image, is prominently displayed ©All rights reserved Sandy.Shockley 2008.
Now then, even though this Contact titled and commented on his alteration of my image with my name, does this not still violate the Members' Guidelines?
Be the author of any content that you publish (or make sure you own explicitly the dedicated rights to publish it). Respect the copyrights. Do not copy in your own space the content other ipernity members have published; you'd rather use the feature "Add to favorites", it has been designed to this effect!
