Three or even four shootings ahead on the weekend. On model you know already, the other ones are new. Stay tuned!

I observe that some people are uploading huge series of very similar pictures (like five pictures shot in one second). I learned that this is a bad idea, it is simply boring. If you compare my old to my newer albums you will see a significant improvement yet I am still not able to reduce strong enough.

What I always did was to submit to various groups, so only few pictures from one shooting end up next to each other in one group (invitations change that sometimes). I absolutely hate if people upload those boring series to groups, even to many, so I see the same 20 pictures boring bullshit all over the place. Worst for those street photos of even low quality showing just nothing but normal people walking down the streat without anything special.

I have created several groups myself and admin a number of additional ones.

What really annoys me:

1. picture submissions which are obviously off-topic like submitting beach pictures to a shower gropu or fully clothed images to a group requesting at least partical nudity
2. pictures of very poor quality like not sharp, totally grainy, noisy, red eyes etc., some of those could be fixed easily, so it is negligence. I am not talking about pictures using some of those effects intentionally.

Ich suche ständig Models in Wien. Wie Ihr seht, suche ich keine austauschbaren Werbemodels sondern Frauen mit dem gewissen Etwas. Ich mache eigentlich nur Aktshootings, zu allem anderen müsst Ihr mich überreden, in Kombination bin ich da aber bestimmt leicht umzustimmen.

Es soll allen beteiligten Spaß machen, ein Thema gemeinsam umzusetzen. Egal ob ein Model und ich oder gleich mehrere Models zusammen. Ideen oder Locations können mitgebracht oder gestellt werden.

Natürlich gibt es einen Modelvertrag und zahlen tue ich auch, Bilder gibt es ohnehin dazu.

Enjoy more of the same nudes!

I spend a lot of time to prepare photos, present them, submit them to groups, but then after 24 hours only 1 or 2 people have looked at it. Pictures next to it get very positive comments (by people I believe are much better photographers than myself) about the whole series. So what is the logic people come and watch? Also I have visitors, but what do they do? What do they look at? Why not my images, in particular my new ones?

I suddenly realized that comments I had made disappeared. They were nice, not rude or anything. The images belonged to Shy Bloke who has been a more than regular visitor on my site. I had made him a friend. Without any comment he blocked me. I think this is really rude. If I dislike something, I tell people, typically, the apologize (e.g. for very rude comments) and everything is fine. But blocking without comment is just more rude than anything.

If someone likes to ask him for a reason this is much appreciated.

I had to remove some images from public viewing. I had considered all of them as totally acceptable. Clearly, there is no clear rule and cannot be. OK, so more and more of my pictures will be private. Who wants to see them, please e-mail me and ask to be added as a friend.

It is something to learn here. Standards seem to differ from what I was used at Flickr. But the main difference: Support is extremely helpful here. I hope I manage to moderate my content well. Some of you might want to see a little more, just let me know so I can add you as a friend.
