Scanning

Saturday July 4, 2009 at 08:39AM

I'm still about. It's cold, wet and windy here so I haven't been out taking photos. I have downloaded some scanning software (Vuescan) for my flatbed scanner and I am experimenting to see if I can get some easonable scans of my large colleciton of 35mm B&W negatives taken over nearly 30 years.

I'll let you all know how I go.

What kind of scanner do you have?

Canon Canoscan 9900F. Not that great for scanning 35mm negs by itself, but VueScan improves it. Still not great quality, but better.
