Had I known about THIS little tidbit...I would NEVER have bought the house...

There's now a waiver that you have to sign stating that you intend to inhabit that property you bought from the IRS PERSONALLY for a period of ten years... If you don't honor it...you're screwed out of a total of 400% of what your property is worth... Yes...this is in Obama's "health care" bill... Not to mention that there's also a 40% tax on your property assessed on you if you intend to sell YOUR OWN HOME without going through the IRS auctions...and this is making it harder on the real estate market (a field that my lawyer friend is an expert in)... Yet the Supreme Court found THIS legal for some strange reason...
