Manchmal, wenn ich ein tolles Bild hier sehe, möchte ich schon wissen, mit welcher Blende und Belichtungszeit gearbeitet wurde. Blöderweise verstecken aber ziemlich viele hier ihre EXIF-Daten - aber warum?

Wollen sie nicht, dass man sieht, wann ein Bild aufgenommen wurde?
Oder wollen Sie nicht, dass andere zu viele Details über eine Aufnahme erfahren?
"Mir könnte ja wer was abgucken" - ist das die Angst?

Ist nicht Sinn und Zweck einer Fotocommunity wie dieser hier, dass man voneinander lernt, sich austauscht (und zwar über ein "tolles Bild"-Kommentar hinausgehend) und sich GEGENSEITIG dadurch bereichert? Oder geht's hier nur darum, sich gegenseitig Puderzucker in irgendwelche Körperöffnungen zu blasen, um im Gegenzug das Gleiche zu erfahren und damit sein geschundenes Ego aufzupolieren???

Also, ihr EXIF-Verberger - was sind Eure Beweggründe?

To be honest, in general I don't want to share my whole life with everybody around here in ipernity or somewhere else on the net. But from time to time I'd like to. Unfortunately, I'm a bit lazy, so I don't even want to write a simple, short blog entry right here like this one.

Well, what information could I publish here to give you "some value for reading time"? Should I talk about my private life? Well, I won't. About my main job (which pays my rent and takes 10 hours out of each working day)? Rather boring. But what about some ideas, phantasies (no, nothing sexual), concepts?

Just gimme some proposals what you want me to share with you (huh, dangerous - what if nobody wants me to share anything?  ;-) )

For right here, right now: Have a great weekend everybody!

So funny. The old shit. Had a discussion with a customer tonight.
Nikon: shit/great
Canon: shit/great.

Whatever you want to see - you'll see it. It's not this bunch of plastic, electronics and glass in your hands - it's your eyes, your vision, your creativity and your imagination.

If you have all this: you can use just a simple 80$-LOMO and take fantastic shots. If not: take your 1D, D3 or whatever (even a Hasselblad won't help...) and your 20k-lenses and equipment and just get lost. That's it. That's the whole thing.

Don't waste time in boring anybody with this "my camera is better than yours"-bullshit - if you don't agree with the above, you did not understand what photography is about.

Another funny thing: "Never ask a man what make his camera is. If he owns a Nikon, he will tell you, if not - he will shut up"  :-) So just smile and have fun shooting

...obviously, I'm not the typical blogger - my last (and first, too...) entry has been written almost half a year ago.

But let me take the opportunity to wish you all a wonderful christmas time - not just because it's christmas, but the year 2007 is going to end soon, and maybe you are going to reflect the past (and passed) 12 months and think about your plans for the upcoming 365 days of 2008.

Seit Ende August 2006 bei Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/aushilfe), nach deren "lustigen" Anflügen von Irrsinn und Ignoranz auf der Suche nach einer neuen Heimat auf Ipernity gestossen, der Massenflucht angeschlossen und jetzt auch hier  :-)

Zur Zeit sortiere ich gerade meine Bilder um, sodass noch ein paar Tage vergehen werden, bis auch hier die aushilfs-Arbeiten zu sehen sein werden - ich bitte um etwas Nachsicht und Geduld.
